I’ve been debating on taking the kickboxing class at YouFit for a while now, and I finally agreed to go on Tuesday night. It takes place right before the Total Sculpt class, so some of the students attend both classes back to back (it’s also the same instructor).
I took my Vega Pre-Energizer beforehand, so I was pumped and ready to go! After about 15 minutes I was getting a little tired, but I kept pushing through it. The music was amazing, which helped keep my energy up for the duration of the class.
About a quarter of the students left halfway through kickboxing, which was fine since it was a little crowded and we did a lot of moving around.
I don’t know how the instructor wasn’t the least bit worn out; she was just energized as she was in the beginning of class. I hope to one day be able to take both kickboxing and Total Sculpt back to back, but for now I’ll stick to one or the other.
