Spring Cleaning

It has been more than a week since the official first day of spring. The leaves will start changing, and certain parts of the country will start having warmer weather. Summer will be here before we know it! This is the time of the year when most of us work the hardest to get our physiques ready to hit the pool or beach. But before the summer arrives, how about we do a little bit of "spring cleaning?" Not the cleaning of the house per se, I mean taking in nutrients that help detox the body.  It is a great way to help make sure your body is ridding itself of toxins, plus detoxing the body might help melt away those last few pounds before summer.

Here's a short list of ways we can “spring clean” our bodies:
