Feeling sluggish, hungover and exhausted post-holiday? This tricky time of year makes it easy to overindulge, whether it’s eggnog, ham, or pecan pie. With all of the heavy foods on top of the stress of cooking, gifts and family members, we tend to burn out quite quickly. However, the holidays don’t have to end this way!
