When you hear the word “core” in relation to your body, which muscles do you think of? The most common answers include your six pack muscles, the rectus abdominus, followed by the oblique’s which are responsible for that appealing “V-Shape” on the lower and side of your stomach. Although these muscles are part of your core if your list stopped there, you would only be partially right.
