I have made about 4 variations with these wonton wraps and they always turn out delicious. I’ve used Amy’s Spanish Rice and Red Bean soup, quinoa, eggs, fish, Sriracha (not all of those at once) and whatever else that’s in my fridge that sounds good.

I purchased Aloe Vera Plus by Country Life a few weeks back since I wrote about aloe in the last issue of For Life For Less and I was curious to try it. This juice is full of antioxidants and supports digestion, cardiovascular and immune health. It also increases the absorption of vitamins B12, E and C

All You Need is Aloe

When I was younger, I spent countless days at the beach and pool, and my mom would always apply aloe gel on my skin to help heal my sunburn. I still use it to this day to relieve sunburns, but I have recently learned that there are numerous other ways that aloe is highly beneficial for the body, both internally and externally.
