It should come as no surprise that a sedentary lifestyle isn’t good for you. We have all learned the importance of exercise for our heart, health and well-being. We know that it is important to get 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise each week, but until recently there has not been a lot of research on the other end of the spectrum: limiting time spent sedentary.
