Overnight Baked French Toast

Ingredients:

12 slices of bread (we like to use Eureka! Organic Sweet Baby Grains)

2 cups unsweetened almond or cashew milk

2 organic eggs

2 cups egg whites, lightly beaten

1 TB vanilla extract

2 TB cinnamon

2 TB coconut oil, melted

2 scoops ProSupps Whey Glazed Doughnut

2 tsp salt

1 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips

Instructions:

Lay bread of choice in a 9x13 baking dish, coated with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, vanilla extract, eggs and egg whites, and nut milk.

Add in cinnamon, protein powder, and salt and continue to mix until ingredients are blended.

Pour over the top of the bread pieces in the baking pan. Then cover with saran wrap and let sit in refrigerator overnight

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Uncover the plastic wrap from the baking pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until fluffy and golden brown.

Remove from oven and cut the French toast into 6 pieces.

Top with chocolate chips and maple syrup as desired.
